The Medical Science Data Center integrates massive, dispersed medical research data resources from various laboratories, departments, and affiliated hospitals, enabling interconnectivity between scientific research and clinical data. It is capable of handling high-density, large-scale computational tasks and supports in-depth mining and application of multimodal, large-volume biomedical and clinical data. The center also provides foundational application services for medical education and scientific research.

With a total investment of 16.32 million RMB, the Data Center occupies approximately 150 square meters of office space, including a system duty room, a service reception area, offices for leads, an engineer workspace, and a cloud terminal training room.

The computing system comprises:

· 2 management nodes

· 32 CPU computing nodes

· 6 GPU computing nodes

· 4 large-memory nodes

· 4 converged computing nodes

· 1 desktop computing node

· 1 computing platform management system

Theoretical peak performance reaches over 14 TFLOPS for CPU double-precision computations and over 7.76 TFLOPS for GPU double-precision computations. When switched, the GPU can deliver over 6 POPS of AI computing power.

The parallel storage system includes:

· 9 storage nodes

· 2 dedicated storage data exchange nodes

· With a total raw capacity of ≥4 PB and usable capacity of ≥2.8 PB.

The network security system consists of:

· 2 10-gigabit network switch nodes

· 2 gigabit network switch nodes

· 1 next-generation firewall device

· 1 boundary network security management device

This setup effectively defends against external security vulnerabilities, resists persistent malicious intrusions, prevents internal data leaks, and regulates inappropriate online behavior. It also enables security access auditing for sensitive data, with functions for pre-authentication, real-time monitoring, and post-audit.

Bioinformatics software includes:
