Position 1: Postdoctoral Researcher -- Lung Cancer & COPD
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Conduct high-level research on lung cancer and COPD using single-cell RNA sequencing technologies.
2. Develop and apply AI/ML approaches for single-cell data analysis.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of biologists, clinicians, and computational scientists in China and Germany.
4. Publish findings in top-tier international journals.
5. Contribute to mentoring students and junior researchers.
[Qualifications]
1. Ph.D. in life sciences, medicine, bioinformatics, computer science, or related fields; MDs with strong research experience are also encouraged to apply.
2. Experience in single-cell sequencing technologies or computational biology is an advantage.
3. Strong skills in data analysis, AI/ML, or bioinformatics are highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency is an asset.
5. A proven record of scientific publications, preferably in leading journals.

Position 2: Project Manager
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary research projects.
2. Support grant applications and reporting for national and international research funding.
3. Facilitate communication and collaboration with affiliated hospitals and external partners.
4. Organize academic conferences, workshops, and related events.
5. Assist in research strategic planning and evaluation of scientific outcomes.
6. Prepare scientific reports, academic papers, and presentation materials.
7. Provide administrative support.
[Qualifications]
1. Master's degree or Ph.D. in life sciences, medicine, bioinformatics, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).
2. Experience in science management, project coordination, or research administration.
3. Excellent English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Ability to work in an international, interdisciplinary research environment.

Position 3: Administrator
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Serve as primary liaison between the Institute and Fudan University administrative offices.
2. Manage the calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements of the Principal Investigators (PIs).
3. Organize meetings, workshops, and academic visits.
4. Coordinate internal communication and office logistics.
5. Support the preparation of administrative documents and reports.
6. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the research teams.
[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; background in administration, management, or related fields preferred.
2. Previous experience in academic or administrative management is an advantage.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Chinese; excellent knowledge of English is preferred.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, international environment.
