1. A major breakthrough has been made in the quantification and stratification of physical health status.
Established a set of physical health index calculation methods based on medical examination data to achieve a continuous, quantitative, objective, and reasonable expression of individual physical health status, and provide technical support for the implementation of major strategies such as health management, value medical care, and healthy China. The whole set of calculation methods includes: a code library of body elements (including enzymes and hormones) containing 9248 elements; a hierarchical model of physical health containing 9 levels and 2856 indicators; A list of abnormal results, 4054 medical inspection items and indicators including clinical significance; a mapping relationship library between inspection indicators and physical health hierarchical models; a method for converting inspection and inspection index values into health status values of each element in the model. This set of methods has high precision, conforms to common sense cognition, can predict health risks, and has a higher degree of discrimination than traditional abnormal rate calculation methods.
