Han nationality, born in Heze, Shandong in June 1966, graduated from Shanghai Medical University in 1994 with a doctor's degree in surgery, second-level professor, chief physician, doctoral supervisor of surgery, basic medicine, and public health.

He joined the work in November 1994 and joined the China Democratic League in December 1992. He is currently the deputy dean of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, the director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Organ Transplantation, the director of the Shanghai Medical Big Data Joint Innovation Laboratory, the director of the Shanghai Phage Research Institute, and the professor of Urology at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League. He used to be director of Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center, director of Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, director of Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, and executive director of Xiamen Hospital of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. Selected as Shanghai Excellent Academic Leader, Shanghai Leading Talent, and Shanghai Health System New Hundred Talents Program. Chairman of the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, Standing Committee Member of the Organ Transplantation Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and Deputy Chairman of the Kidney Transplantation Committee. Published more than 200 academic articles in the fields of surgery, virology, basic medicine and hospital management, applied for patents and realized many transformations.
